Cross Sports Training (CST)

EGA's Cross Sport Training (CST) Program is designed to train an athlete for their sport by attaining and maintaining a high level of overall fitness to enhance his/her performance. EGA's CST fun, fast paced program provides an athlete the opportunity to build strength and flexibility in muscles by conditioning and incorporating multiple forms of high-intensity exercises using his/her own body weight for resistance.
