Once you have an EGA account with us, please see below instructions to set-up your Customer Portal account -- FIRST TIME Logging-in to Customer Portal.

 

If you already have a Customer Portal account with us, please use this button.

 

If you DID NOT provide an e-mail address to us, the Customer Portal will not link your current EGA account: 

Simply call us at 952-882-9012 to put your e-mail address on your EGA account so you can proceed with setting up your Customer Portal account. 

  1. You must provide your e-mail address to EGA before you continue. 
  2. Click HERE to be directed to the Customer Portal, click on the link 'Forgot password or need to get started?'
  3. Enter the e-mail address you provided to us. A password will be e-mailed to you.
  4. Once you receive the password, go back to the Customer Portal to log-in.
