Intensive Flexibility: Focused stretching and strengthening exercises targeting the splits, straddle, shoulders, and back to maximize your line and height in leaps and jumps. Learn safe and effective methods for increasing your range of motion.
Leap & Jump Elevation: Drills specifically designed to improve the power, push, and snap of your take-off, helping you achieve maximum height and beautiful extension in skills like the split leap, switch leap, and toe touch.
Mastering Turns: Break down the mechanics of various turns (e.g., pirouettes, fouettés), focusing on spotting, core control, proper passé height, and finding your center of gravity to achieve multiple rotations.

To ensure a focused and productive learning environment, participants must meet the following criteria:
Ages 5-17 (Groups will be divided by age/skill level where appropriate)
Focused Mentality (Participants must be willing to listen, follow instructions, and work hard through challenging conditioning and stretching exercises.)
