EGA's Xcel Team

EGA’s Xcel Team is a competitive program for girls who want to participate in competitive gymnastics without the extensive time commitment of the traditional Developmental Program Competitive teams.

With fewer hours in the gym, our Xcel gymnasts are able to enjoy competitive gymnastics and other activities at the same time without having to choose one activity over another. Our Xcel Teams practice 2-5 days a week – our gymnasts set and achieve their goals!

Bronze Team: 6 hours per week
Silver Team: 6-9 hours per week
Gold Team: 9-12 hours per week
Platinum Team: 12-16 hours per week
Diamond Team: 16-20 hours per week
