Homeschool Fitness Classes

Classes run weekly from September to May, offering a structured fitness curriculum similar to traditional PE classes but with the added excitement of gymnastics. Each session is designed to engage students and promote physical health in a safe, enjoyable environment.

Ages: 5 years old – 12 years old

GoalsOur goal is to keep home-schooled children active while building fitness, confidence, and social skills through engaging, gymnastics-based physical education.
