One skill, one session, real breakthroughs
Gymnastics skill clinics at EGA in Burnsville, MN - focused sessions on back handsprings, aerials, bars, and more.
Program details
EGA Skill Clinics provide a focused environment for athletes dedicated to mastering specific gymnastics milestones. During each 1-hour session, your child will participate in targeted drills, specialized stretches, and skill-specific rotations designed to move them closer to technical perfection.
Cost: $25 per athlete
Duration: 1-hour clinic
Clinic Prerequisites
To ensure safety and productive training, athletes must meet the following requirements:
- Aerial Clinic: Must have a solid Cartwheel, Round-Off, 3-second Handstand hold, and Front Walkover
- Girls Bar Clinic: Must be able to hold a Front Support and perform a Cast with hips clear of the bar
- Back Walkovers & Back Handsprings: Must have a Back Bend Kickover, Cartwheel, Round-Off, and a 3-second Handstand hold
- Flexibility, Leaps, Turns, & Jumps: Open to all athletes aged 5–17
- Boys Skill Clinic: Must be able to hold a Front Support on bars and a 3-second Handstand against a wall
