Competitive gymnastics at EGA

Train with a team that grows with your athlete

EGA has coached competitive gymnasts in Burnsville since 2007. Boys and girls train in USA Gymnastics programs from the first compulsory levels through optionals, and the Xcel track gives girls a competitive path with a lighter weekly commitment.

Practices build more than skills. Athletes develop perseverance, strength, body awareness and self-discipline, and they learn to compete as a team, with coaches who set the pace for every level.

Placement starts with a tryout. Coaches watch your child move, talk through experience and goals, and recommend the team and level that fit.

Team-family information

Current team families should ask their team contact for practice, travel and competition calendars. EGA-hosted meets have separate public information for visiting gyms and spectators. The Parent Association of EGA supports competitive-team families through fundraising and shared expenses.

Looking for high school training or recreational trampoline and tumbling? Those programs have their own participation and registration details.
